There are close to 1,700 public schools in New York City today.

4 of those are public all-girls elementary schools. 

Only 1 of those wears its identity as a feminist college preparatory school on its sleeve.

That’s us - Kwenda Collegiate Girls.

We understand we’re not for everybody. We are looking for folks who are hungry to do things differently -to build a world where our girls get a fair shot at living lives full of promise, wonder, and ease. We’re looking for folks who want to get in on the ground floor of what we believe is the future of education in the name of gender justice.
